Order Dispatch
- Standard dispatch time: Within 2 working days
- Express orders: Dispatched within 1 working day
- Dispatch may be slightly delayed during public holidays or sales events
Shipping Methods, Times & Costs
All orders are shipped from Thailand.
Shipping options, delivery times, and costs will be shown at checkout based on your location and the selected service.
Please note:
- Deliveries are made on working days only
- We cannot change the delivery address once the order is confirmed—please double-check before placing your order
🇹🇭 Thailand Delivery
- Standard (Thailand Post/KerryExpress): 3–5 business days
- Express: 2–3 business days
You’ll receive a tracking link upon dispatch.
🌏 International Delivery
- Standard international (via Thailand Post): 7–15 business days
- Express shipping: Available for selected countries
Once dispatched, a tracking link will be emailed to you. Your parcel will be handed over to your country’s local postal service upon arrival.
